COVID-19 guidance at PHPCI2022
Our aim is to organize an in-person conference with lots of opportunities to network and to get to know researchers, practitioners, policy makers, artists, from all over the world. However, the good health and safety of our guests is also of great importance to the organization of PHPCI2022.
In September 2022, we do NOT expect Corona limitations in Belgium. However, our event will be held in accordance with Belgian measures on COVID-19 – applicable in September 2022. Information about the Belgian statements regarding COVID-19 can be found via this link.
We are monitoring the pandemic situation closely and we will offer alternatives (e.g. hybrid plenary sessions) - if the situation requires.
A Corona proof Venue.
We host our event in the brand new Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre.
Every public space in the conference venue has a CO2 measurement via the building management system (PRIVA). The ventilation is automatically adjusted in function of this measurement.
In case there are limitations and if the capacity of the meeting rooms is exceeded, the content can be streamed to other meeting rooms. There are 4 public elevators and 2 staircases. Different walking directions are therefore possible and will be supported by a BMCC protocol.
Reimbursement policy?
Further we have arranged a flexible reimbursement policy in view of the registration fees. Please find more information on the registration page.
