Abstract project
The overarching objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive, evidence-based and detailed evaluation plan for the Palliative Care Reform Action Plan, including concrete quality indicators and KPIs, as well as a number of monitoring tools and methodologies to evaluate and to follow up over time. The added value of such a plan lies on the one hand in the development of a solid, theoretically substantiated link between the concrete reform actions, the contextual influencing factors, and the concrete consequences and impact of those actions. On the other hand, the plan can focus on which evaluation methods are appropriate and which untapped possibilities exist to map out the impact of the reform.
