Simon Van Belle

MD, PhD Simon Van Belle is a physician, specialized in Medical Oncology. He’s a professor at the University of Ghent and head of the department of Medical Oncology and Palliative Care at the Ghent University Hospital, where he’s also member of the Board of Directors. For nine years, he has been coordinator of the ‘Faculty of Palliative Care’ of ESMO, where he’s also part of the scientific commissions. He’s a member of numerous national and international commissions associated with oncology. He published over more than 160 international articles.
