Shannen De Vos

MSc Nursing

Shannen De Vos studied Nursing at the Erasmus Brussels University of Applied Sciences and Arts (EhB) and subsequently obtained her MSc Nursing at Ghent University in 2015. She started working as a nurse in Europe Hospitals - St. Elisabeth, followed by three years on the pediatric ward in UZ Brussels University Hospital. There she joined the hospital's quality team, of which she became manager in 2021. Throughout her career, she has always been focused on improving patient care, a goal she continues to pursue at VUB. In november 2024 she joined the End-of-Life Care Research Group as a datacollector, focussed on the TRAJECT, MyPath and EU Navigate projects.
