PALLIATIVE CARE FOR DIGNITY IN OLD AGE: Addressing the Needs of Older People in Long-Term Care Facilities in Europe
Based on consultations organised with older people and people with dementia and their carers, the Palliative Care for Older People in Care and Nursing Homes in Europe (PACE) project has resulted in important recommendations for policy and decision-makers to ensure the implementation of accessible and quality palliative care.
