Louise D'Eer

Louise D’Eer obtained a master’s degree in Criminological Sciences (2017) at the University of Ghent. In 2018 she obtained a second master’s degree in Conflict & Development at the University of Ghent. She worked a year at the Odisee University College, conducting research on volunteers offering housing support to refugees. In May 2019 she started working as a Phd student at the End-of-Life Care Research Group at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). Within the CAPACITY project she will conduct research on the implementation of a volunteer initiative offering palliative care in a Compassionate City.
