Kim De Nooijer

MSc – Health Scientist

Kim de Nooijer (°1993) graduated in 2017 as a Research MSc in Health Sciences, specialization Clinical Epidemiology at the Erasmus MC Rotterdam (The Netherlands). She joined the End-of-Life Care Research Group at the VUB as a Doctoral Researcher in 2017. She obtained her PhD in Social Health Sciences in July 2022.  Her doctoral thesis focused on developing and evaluating a specialised palliative home care service intervention for older people with frailty in Flanders. Currently, her research focuses on older people and palliative care, as well as palliative care research methods.
